More study dates!!!

To sum it up, my week consists of pretty much study dates every single day and surprisingly, it isn't as tiring as I thought it would be. It's nice to have a study buddy to keep me going :-)






We're 2 days away from MYE!!! My very first exam in JC and I really wouldn't want to screw it up :-(



Twelve cupcakes- buy 4 get 2 free!!!!! And Shermz decided to get me a box the other day hehe :-)

Oh and I finally watched The Fault In Our Stars yesterday!!!!! unlike others, I didn't cry while reading the book but my tears were uncontrollable by the end of the movie :'(

happenings

we had a mini birthday celebration for fang yu on Monday morning and it was definitely nice to see her so pleasantly surprised despite it being not exactly a successful one! She was pretty much clueless of what was happening right on the floor above hers! We had to keep dragging the "meeting with teachers" because we were rushing her birthday card but somehow she did not suspect anything at all!! Hahaha it's so cute how innocent she is.

Spent the rest of the day studying in school with Sherman and sigh, chem is tough...... :( filled our tummies with a good meal at Simpang afterwards and headed home :)




Had korean BBQ with my mom & bro to celebrate my bro's birthday (which is today (25/6) since my mom won't be free today!!


#meatheaven :') I ate so much that i was still feeling full at the end of the day without eating anything else yesterday!! (that was my only meal yesterday)


I can't wait to get my very own MacBook!! Waiting for the next IT fair hehehee

Sherman & I made an impromptu decision to go to NLB to stay afterwards and it was so packed when we reached! Had to go to all the different levels to try our luck to get seats and we ended up back on 7th haha we had a mini competition for math (did the 2013 paper) and I lost, so now I owe him a cup of koi :((( stayed till the librarian chased us out!!

Back in school this morning for another day of mugging! on a side note, my exam anxiety is back :-( I'm really nervous for mid years which are in less than a week's time, really hoping I won't fail any!!!! especially worried for GP & Econs, ok I'm worried for everything :(((( feels like I'll never feel prepared :(((((((((((((

Catching up

nothing beats catching up with a good old friend after not seeing each other for quite some time :-)

met up with Meagan & we went to have desserts at MOF! my second time there- first was with her as well :))


We sat there for a good one hour or so and I updated her about my life while she updated me about hers :) decided to go do some shopping before heading to Starbucks afterwards to claim her complimentary drink (do you know you're entitled to a complimentary drink of any size when you sign up for their membership card!!!!! THANK ME LATER) finally tried the Strawberry Cheesecake drink & it's pretty good :-)


bumped into Eloy & Liwen there and it was so nice seeing the both of them :) do miss the times when we would take the bus home together after guitar practices and we would make a fool out of ourselves on the bus and talk about anything and everything :) sigh really do need to catch up with 'em soon!



Headed to sushi express to satisfy our sushi/sashimi cravings!!!!! (It's ridiculous how I'm always craving for sushi/sashimi even though I just had them) we got a staff discount from my friend working there and I was so pleasantly surprised!!!! totally made my day :D

Woke up extremely early this morning and travelled all the way to the Gym at Bishan CC to conduct our PW survey with the group :-) so glad that the people there are nice enough to help us with the survey!


ended earlier than we expected and I only had to meet Amabelle at 1 so I went to forever 21 @ orchard to do some shopping & something unfortunate and embarrassing happened!!!!! I spent a really long time picking out the clothes I wanted to get and when I was at the cashier, my card kept getting rejected because I stupidly forgot to activate my new replacement card (I misplaced my previous one :() The cashier was nice enough to keep trying for me and since I completely forgot about having to activate my card, i kept attempting to key in my pin and getting rejected and I was holding up the line!!!!!!!! I ENDED UP LEAVING EMPTY HANDED BECAUSE I DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH CASH WITH ME :'))))))) damn the cashier must be thinking what is wrong with this girl.

Oh well :-( haha f21 has a lot of good stuffs now!!!!!! went to meet up with Amabelle and we settled for lunch at The Burger Bar at Far East Plaza!!!!! We were allowed to customize our burgers and we had a hard time choosing the kind of cheese we want bc we're completely clueless about the different kind of cheese available haha! Settled for wholemeal bread + sliced tomatoes/lettuce + beef patty + cheddar cheese + caramelized onions :-)







I didn't order the set and mine alone costed $8.50!! It's definitely worth the try, I'll probably visit the outlet at Katong since it's near to my school the next time :-)

Walked around scape area to do some shopping and I got a new cover for only 8 bucks!!!!!
Saw those really pretty street arts outside 313!!! Mad talent :O





While we were at 313, a guy suddenly approached us and he went like "oh hi I think you're very cute so I came to say hi" and Amabelle & I were like woah ok....... and he started talking to us and he was pulling out his phone to ask for my number when I told him I had a boyfriend and he was like "ya right" and I showed him our pictures but he didn't believe and went like "ya ya bullshit" and shamelessly used my phone to follow himself on Instagram.

I know it takes a lot of courage and I'm definitely flattered but what in the world!! :-/

Ok then we continued walking and sat down to take some pictures before taking the bus back home :-)

Study dates

went back to school to study with shermz just now and it was a really productive day for me!!! MYEs are almost a week away and I do hope I get decent results :) or miraculously get As hahaha (ok who doesn't)

we decided to go to parkway to get pezzo + milk tea and brought 'em back to school to eat at the treehouse for lunch! stayed in school all the way until 7 and Keith came to join us for awhile before the both of us headed down to the lagoon to have our dinner! had overpriced chicken wings + satay but they tasted so yummy :-) sat down by the beach to talk and it would have been perfect if there were stars but there were hardly any :-( but I still had a really good time hehe

Went to NLB to study with Shermz on both Monday and Tuesday! :-)

Monday
we stayed in the library all the way till 7 before heading down to bugis + to catch "Blended" and it is freaking good!!!!! No doubt one of the best movies I've watched so far this year :-) We were laughing throughout the entire movie!! movies with Adam Sandler are always good :))


tried BlackBall for the first time and it wasn't as good as I thought it would be :( but I would still go back to try their matcha desserts! they look very good in pictures on instagram :)
Tuesday,
Started my day off with a cup of White Chocolate Mocha because I was really tired that morning & I needed caffeine to perk me up! (If only Starbucks was cheaper)

my face + eyes looked especially swollen that morning HAHAHAHA



had another productive session @ NLB that day :) ahh I really like studying at NLB, why can't it be nearer to where I live :(

Walked to city link to get our llao llao since he hasn't tried it before :-)




before taking the train down to promenade where we went for a walk at Gardens By The Bay! The view was super gorgeous at night & I had such a magical night *.* perfect way to end a long tiring day of studying :)

This week has been filled with productive study dates & Im so glad that I've been pretty productive lately!! :-) meeting up with Meagan tomorrow for a quick catch-up over lunch tomorrow, can't wait to see this friend of mine! also meeting amabelle on Saturday after my PW meeting and (hopefully) Cheryl for our ramen date on Sunday! I can't believe our June 'holiday' is coming to an end :-( gotta make full use of it before another hectic term starts! Oh and my body clock is so messed up, gotta readjust it as soon as possible! (typing this at 2am and still wide awake)

Studying with TY & Z

had an impromptu study session with Tjin Yang & Zachary at a Starbucks near our place yesterday! Wasn't as productive as I expected it to be because we spent most of the time talking/laughing hahaha, but I still managed to get some revision done though :-)





I should really try a new drink! I was thinking of trying the new strawberry cheesecake drink but still opt for green tea cream instead!

Day out with momma

spent the entire day with my momma today :-)

What I wore today!!!! (Repeated outfit) HAHAHA I've been wearing jeans/maxi skirts out because my legs look really bad with all of the sandfly bites :-( I look horribly diseased! Really hoping that it'll go away soon and not leave scars (I'm trying my best not to scratch!!!)

met up with rui xin for a short while and it was so nice seeing her after such a long time!! can't wait for our date :)))


had dinner at sushi express with my mom and the sashimi was so good!!! I CAN NEVER GET ENOUGH OF SUSHI/SASHIMI! Also bumped into yue heng who was working there :D






Didn't really shop much today even though there is GSS everywhere :-( I'm in desperate need of a shopping spree haha but I'm (kinda) broke :-( I've been spending too much on food!

Bought tea from Marks & Spencer's because they were on sale and the packaging's so pretty *.*

Talking to Cheryl now and having a short catch-up :-) can't wait to see this babe of mine next week!!!!!!!!!

MYEs are approaching sigh :-( not ready at all.....
