17 days late but it's alright :-)
here it goes!!
1. Be a positive person and be someone who doesn't let negativity get to me easily and try to spread joy & happiness to the people around me, even if it means having to show my unglam side ;-)
2. To be satisfied with what I have in my life. For example, stop complaining about how I wish I had smaller arms and thighs, nicer pair of eyes, a sharper nose, more defined cheekbones, nicer face shape etc.
3. Have a healthier diet. Which includes no junk food, soda and unnecessary confectioneries. Hahaha junk food & soda part shouldn't be a problem but the confectioneries part is kinda hard but I'll try :D lets see how it goes.
4. Keep fit & have a healthier lifestyle- 1) Going for a jog at least twice or thrice a week! I haven't had the chance to jog much this holidays because I'm always going out (or maybe bc I'm too lazy) 2) Sleep + wake up early. I've been sleeping at around 2/3am in the morning and waking up at noon! This is something that I've been wanting to readjust for the longest time but I never did succeed :')

this is extremely important to me and also brings me to the next point, to not overthink so much. I've clearly seen how it affected me for the past year and screwed up my choices. I hope that this year, I'll start to learn to live the moment and stop constantly worrying about what's gonna happen in the future.
6. Drink more water. HAHAHA I know it sounds odd but I'm someone who can go for hours without drinking water and it's really bad, just got myself a new water bottle a few days ago:)
7. Put in the best in everything I do, and this is especially important especially how I'll be going to a school that's competitive, I may not be the smartest, but I shall just do my best :-)
8. Be a more confident person. I tend to have very little confidence when it comes to particular things, and want to give up even before I try bc I have this mindset of not being able to succeed.
9. Doing things with no regrets. HAHAHA i've done a couple already this year ;-)
10. Be more appreciative and spend more quality time with my family/friends :D And help out with house chores more hehe
